Welcome to

Opus Care Group

We offer a high quality of care to some of society’s most vulnerable children.

About Us

At Opus Care, we provide high-quality care for some of society’s most vulnerable children. While we are not yet Ofsted registered, we are committed to offering bespoke, child-centered care packages that prioritize both quality and value for money. Our homes, once registered, will aim to achieve strong Ofsted ratings, similar to the majority of homes in the sector.

At Opus Care, we operate three-bedroom homes designed to provide personalized and attentive support for each child. Each home is staffed with a 2:1 support ratio, meaning there are two staff members available to support each child, ensuring individualized care and supervision. This setup allows us to cater effectively to each child’s unique needs while maintaining a high level of attention and support.

Our MIssion

At Opus Care , we are more than just a child respite care facility based in the UK – we are advocates for change in the care sector. Our mission is to elevate existing standards by addressing the critical issues of funding and awareness that leave countless children without essential support.
We are committed to enriching the lives of the children we serve, fostering independence through empowerment. Through a blend of engaging activities, from outdoor adventures to educational games, we aim to cultivate a nurturing environment where every child can thrive to their fullest potential.
